We accept foam box impressions, laser scan or plaster casts
to make the inserts. Our pricing includes accommodations and

| Dia-Foot manufactures the Pure Stride pre-fab orthotic. The
Pure Stride orthotic features a polypropylene shell encased
between 2 layers of EVA. The orthotic is heat moldable and has
a recessed Poron(R) heel cushion. The Pure Stride is only sold
to medical professionals and not available in retail web sites.
