How long does it take to fulfill

shipped out within 24 hours if they are in stock. If not in
stock you will be notified.
What is our shipping policy?
We send all our products via ground
UPS. Please email us if there is a manufacturer's defect or the wrong shoe was shipped.
There is additional charges for 2nd day air, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska shipments. We only ship to within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
What is our returned items policy?
Returns and exchanges can be made within 30
days of purchase. All orthotics and pads must come in the original box and be unworn. Boxes with writing or if there is no box then not returnable. Please call for a UPS return label to return the shoes if there is a manufacturer defect or the wrong shoes were delivered.
