| How Does the Ordering Process Work? |
| First have a proper measurement of your
foot taken. We recommend using the Brannock Device. Include
length and width. Decide on the best model shoe for youself.
You may order it 2 different ways: online or by phone ( 1-877-405- FOOT)

| How long does it take to fulfill
an order? |
| Your shoes and Pre-Fab inserts will be
shipped out within 2 business days if they are in stock. If not in
stock you will be notified. All shoes not in stock will be ordered
from the manufacturer. This will add another 5 to 10 business days to the
order. Shoes ordered with Custom Inserts will take about 2 weeks to
be shipped out. |

| What is our shipping policy? |
| We send all our shoes and inserts via ground
UPS unless you choose another service. There is additional charges for 2nd day air, next day air, International ,Hawaii
and Alaska shipments. |

| What is our returned items policy? |
| Straight returns can be made within 30
days of purchase. All shoes must come in the original box and be unworn.
Inserts must come in the original package and not be worn or molded.
Shipping is at your own expense. Same policy for exchanges of shoes
except we will send you a return label on request for the return if we made a mistake on shipping to you. .
Custom Inserts are not returnable. |

Diabetic Shoes? |
| Medicare reimburses for 1 pair of diabetic shoes and 3 pairs of diabetic inserts per year. You have to meet Medicare guidelines to qualify to receive the benfit. Please see your Podiatrist for further details.
