Pure Stride Dress Orthotics give quick pain relief in the arch, heel and metatarsals. Pure Stride Dress Orthotics are made up of 6 layers to ensure comfort. The first layer is a breathable micro-leather, the second layer is a 2mm open-cell foam PU foam. The 3rd layer is a PP shell. The fourth layer is a 2mm latex pad under the metatarsals for added comfort. The fifth layer is a 5mm PU heel pad for added cushioning to the heels. The sixth layer is made up of fiber to cover the bottom of the orthotic.
